We offer tracked and untracked shipping as we want to make our products as accessible as possible to everyone.

However please understand, IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE TRACKING, YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE TRACKED. Any lost orders without tracking are unable to be located. The customer is responsible for any lost items by not choosing to purchase tracking.

International customers: If you choose Economy Air (untracked), this is the cheapest option for a reason! It is the lowest priority airmail for the postal system and therefore will take longer (10-45 days). Please be patient.

Bambooyah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery.

The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.

Change of address:

Please double check that your address is correct when ordering!
If you send me a message straight away I may be able to update it in time before posting, but sometimes we post orders the same day we receive them.
If you message me with an address update and I have already posted your order, there is nothing I can do.

If a parcel is returned to my sender address due to "incorrect address", the customer is responsible to pay for re-shipping.
